It starts with testing.

I do this before we even meet so we have a clear picture of what’s really happening in your body from the very start. I use functional tests with specific markers to take the guess work out of what’s driving your mood, your brain fog or exhaustion.

Includes a detailed stool analysis to understand what's happening in your gut, and how this may be affecting your brain.

Everything in the Brain & Body and Gut-Brain package for a complete picture of the key drivers of your cognitive health. 

* This package also includes an Omega-3 Index test and a homocysteine test as these are both often overlooked drivers of cognitive decline, but simple to address.

 

Then we meet

By the time we meet online, I've already read your results, your case history and your food diary. We're ready to hit the ground running with a plan that is specific to your unique needs.

 

Your initial consultation is 90 minutes, so we have time to go through everything - the test results, your sleep, your stress levels, what you're eating and when. Also, the strategy so you finally have that clear path of action.

 

You get your plan

Your personalised protocol built specifically around your needs and your life. These are realistic, simple, step-by-step instructions for you to follow for the following month, with tools to support you.

 

We make it stick

You'll work with me for either three or six months, whichever feels right for the symptoms you have. Both options include monthly 60 minute follow-up consultations to review your progress and adjust your plan for real life.

And I’ll check in between sessions to make sure you’re on track, because having a guide and accountability turns knowing what to do into actually doing it.
