A package of nutritional therapy consultations gives us the opportunity to unpick your family history, medical history, current diet and lifestyle and reveal why you are experiencing these symptoms.

1:1 consultations are delivered as 3 month or 6 month packages. This gives us enough time to really get to the root of your symptoms and make gradual nutrition and lifestyle changes that stick.

 

  • 3 month package - great for those that do not have diagnosed health conditions to support, or are not ready to commit to a longer programme. 

  • 6 month package - suits those that need support with health conditions or have more complex needs.​

Simplicity

This package includes:

​

  • 1 x 90 minute initial consultation to discuss your intake questionnaire, explore the causes of your symptoms, and set some achievable goals for the following 4 weeks.

​

  • 60 minute follow-up consultations every 4 weeks for 3 or 6 months. We discuss your progression, discuss other factors contributing to symptoms, and update your goals for the following 4 weeks.

​

  • Within 2 working days from each consultation you will receive your Health Optimisation Plan, Supplement Plan, and supporting information to guide you.

​

  • Email check in to answer any questions you might have about your Health Optimisation Plan.

​

  • 10% discount on any supplements you may have been recommended.

3 months - £390

6 months - £740

Payable as: 50% deposit at time of booking with outstanding payment 1 week prior to initial consultation, or pay in full at time of booking.

Accountability

This package includes everything in the Simplicity package plus:

​

  • A 15 minute coaching call 2 weeks after each consultation, for extra accountability and to talk through any challenges you may be experiencing.​

3 months - £475

6 months - £900

Payable as: 50% deposit at time of booking with outstanding payment 1 week prior to initial consultation, or pay in full at time of booking.
